Turtle Coaster

Love how the turtle reacts when I put my cup down. It’s so much more exciting than a boring coaster.

Turtle Cup Holder is a funny, interactive coaster for your desk or home.

It's a fun and interesting item. Building it takes about 5-10 minutes. Its design is mechanically simpler than it looks, so this thing can bear a decent amount of weight.

This is a fun novelty, and the eyes and mouth really do react when you press on the top. The build quality and fit and finish, though, aren't great. You can kind of see a lack of detail when you get up close to it. Ultimately I don't think I'll keep this around. The hard plastic is just so slippery. I'm afraid my cup or mug will just slide off. Also note that the top / shell part isn't attached. It just rests on the base.
