I haven't tried it with eggs. But it works great when trying to flip burgers or salmon patties. It's nice that it comes in a pack of 2. It works great for people who find flipping stuff in pans a nervous experience. You can put an item exactly where you want it in a pan without having to worry about flipping it partially out of the pan or on another piece of food.
I have never been more excited about a product. It is easy to use and makes cooking so much easier. I can now make grilled cheese, omelets and even bacon without burning my fingers. The material is thick and seems to be sturdy for average cooking and it cleans up easily. Less than $10 is a great deal for one but you get two so incredible deal.
They grip anything you are flipping so you do not have to worry about losing food in the grill.

Ok, well, this does work. I've always liked my eggs over easy and have been putting some water in the pan with a lid to steam the yolks over-easy, so I've probably made these not needed, but they do work for other foods, and I've used them on my grill as well. They're inexpensive, it comes with 2 of them, they're cheap fun!
