Best mincer

Minces garlic , ginger, turmeric perfectly . Be sure to grate slowly and carefully though. Easily to clean.

If you cook with ginger you should have this

Compact, useful, and easy to clean. Relatively sturdy, lightweight ceramic. Probably not an heirloom piece but good enough quality for price. I had been on the fence for ages about getting a proper ginger grater and man I wish I'd done it sooner. All the other methods are a pain and don't work as well. The nubs are sharp enough that you either need to use a cut resistant glove or sacrifice some ginger
