I'm a 60 year-old with a size 10 shoe. I do a lot of yardwork and my feet take a beating. I'm not as limber as I used to be, so scrubbing The bottom of my feet is not easy. But this has changed that. I absolutely love it! it does a great job and feels great. also, didn't have the ticklish or pain issue. It's firm but comfortable. My foot fits on her fine, but I could see that somebody with an extra large for like 12 or 14 might have an issue. But even then you don't have to have your whole foot on the pad at once. you can scrub your foot forward and let your toes hang off, and get all the way to your heel, and then slide your foot back. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't speak to durability but it seems well-made. I would definitely purchase it again. I'm actually giving some as Christmas presents!
